Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies are out of this world delicious and so easy to make!
Coconut oil | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Brown sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Vegan milk | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (almond, soy or rice milk) | |
Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
All purpose flour | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Vegan chocolate chips | 10 Ounce , chop (1 bag) |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to 350F.
MAKING:
2.In a bowl, whisk together coconut oil, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla and brown sugar.
3.In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and mix well.
4.Combine flour mixture with almond milk mixture.
5.Add chocolate chips and mix well.
6.Scoop out mixtures and place onto baking sheets. Press gently to flatten it.
7.Pop into oven and bake for 12 minutes.
