This classic salsa is not only easy to make but it's also delicious! It's one of my favorites and a go-to in my house. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo this weekend! Ariba!
|Tomatillos||1 1/2 Pound , halved|
|Onion||1 Large , quartered|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm) , peeled|
|Jalapenos||3 , halved|
|Fresh cilantro||1 Ounce (1 bunch)|
|Lime||1 , juice extracted|
1.Preheat oven to broil setting.
2.Place jalapenos, onions, garlic cloves and jalapenos to broil pan.
3.Place into oven and broil until slightly charred or for 5-8 minutes.
4.Once done, add to blender along with cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and bledn until smooth.
5.Serve and enjoy!
