This classic salsa is not only easy to make but it's also delicious! It's one of my favorites and a go-to in my house. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo this weekend! Ariba!
Tomatillos | 1 1/2 Pound , halved | |
Onion | 1 Large , quartered | |
Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) , peeled | |
Jalapenos | 3 , halved | |
Fresh cilantro | 1 Ounce (1 bunch) | |
Lime | 1 , juice extracted | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste |
GETTING READY:
1.Preheat oven to broil setting.
MAKING:
2.Place jalapenos, onions, garlic cloves and jalapenos to broil pan.
3.Place into oven and broil until slightly charred or for 5-8 minutes.
4.Once done, add to blender along with cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and bledn until smooth.
SERVING:
