Appetizer Recipe- Homemade Salsa Verde

This classic salsa is not only easy to make but it's also delicious! It's one of my favorites and a go-to in my house. Perfect for Cinco de Mayo this weekend! Ariba!

Ingredients

Tomatillos 1 1/2 Pound , halved
Onion 1 Large , quartered
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm) , peeled
Jalapenos 3 , halved
Fresh cilantro 1 Ounce (1 bunch)
Lime 1 , juice extracted
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY:

1.Preheat oven to broil setting.

MAKING:

2.Place jalapenos, onions, garlic cloves and jalapenos to broil pan.

3.Place into oven and broil until slightly charred or for 5-8 minutes.

4.Once done, add to blender along with cilantro, lime juice, salt, pepper and bledn until smooth.
