|For the herbed baby potatoes:|
|Dried oregano||1 Teaspoon|
|Dry red chilli flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Baby potato||2 1/2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Butter||2 1/2 Tablespoon|
|For the garlic mayo dip:|
|Garlic paste||1/2 Teaspoon|
|Mayonnaise||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot and sweet sauce||2 Teaspoon|
For the herbed baby potatoes:
1. Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan and sprinkle little salt. Add the potatoes, mix gently and cook on a medium flame for 8 minutes, while tossing occasionally.
2. Switch off the flame, add the chilli flakes and oregano and toss gently.
For the garlic mayo dip:
3. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well using a whisk. Keep aside.
4. Serve immediately with garlic mayo dip.
