|Mixed vegetables||3 Cup (48 tbs) (I used celery, carrots, onions, mushrooms and peppers)|
|Vegetable oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Tomato ketchup||3 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced onion||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hot sauce||2 Tablespoon (optional)|
1. Begin by boiling noodles and set them aside.
2. In a wok saute your veggies and add seasoning and sauces.
3. Add sesame seeds and sesame oil towards the end and mix in with the noodles.
4. Serve hot.
