|Chocolate hazelnut butter||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tigernut flour||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Coconut sugar||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Chocolate chips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine egg, chocolate hazelnut butter and coconut sugar and mix until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, combine tigernut flour, baking soda and salt.
4. Add dry ingredients into wet and mix until dough forms.
5. Fold in chocolate chips.
6. Bake for 10 12 minutes.
7. Allow to cool & enjoy!
