Tuna-Stuffed Avocados with Corn Salsa

An avocado half is the perfect vessel to serve tuna salad, creating a striking presentation. To prevent the corn salsa from tumbling off, it is mixed into the tuna.


For the salsa:
Corn ears 2 , shucked
Water 1 Tablespoon
Chopped tomato 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chopped cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Finely chopped red onion 2 Tablespoon
Finely chopped jalapeno 1 Tablespoon
Lime juice 2 Tablespoon ((plus more if required))
For the tuna:
Light tuna in water 12 1/2 Ounce ((1 can))
Chopped celery 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fat free greek yogurt 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon ((plus more if required))
Ground black pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Pitted avocado 3 , halved
