Not only are the grilled or broiled peach halves served on a bed of arugula with the sirloin a beauty to behold when serving, the sweetness of the fruit complements the meatiness of the beef.
|Peach||4 , halved|
|Canola oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Top sirloin||1 (((1 pound, about 1 1/2 inch thick)))|
|Ground black pepper||1/4 Teaspoon|
|Arugula/Spring green leaves||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
|Fat free feta||2 Tablespoon|
|Sliced basil||3 Tablespoon|
1.Preheat the grill to medium to high heat.
2.Brush oil on steaks and peach.
3.Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle honey over peaches.
4.Place steak and peaches on grill.
5.Cook meat for 8-10 minutes per side and cook peaches for 3-4 minutes per side.
6.Once done, allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
