Dhokla, Khaman, Idli, Dosa, Uttapam are always on my go to menu and so I keep all kinds of homemade flour mixes ready to use anytime I want to prepare those recipes. In this video, you can learn how to make homemade Medu Vada Mix and no fry Medu Vada recipe.

Ingredients

Urad dal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Chana dal 2 Tablespoon
Rice 1 Tablespoon
Salt To Taste
Ginger 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chillies To Taste , finely chopped
Jeera 1/2 Teaspoon
Onion 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon , finely chopped
Curry leaves sprig 1
Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
Oil 1 Teaspoon
