Shahi Paneer Skewers / Paneer Starters

One ingredient that will never disspoint you is paneer , no matter what you make it will turn yum , we are going Shahi today.


Paneer 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Onions 1 Cup (16 tbs) , finely chopped
Green chilli 3 , finely chopped
Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
Ginger 1 Teaspoon , grated
Cashew nuts 6 , soaked
Cardamom seed 1
Cinnamon powder 1/3 Teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala powder 2 Teaspoon
Butter 1 Tablespoon
Oil 1 Tablespoon
For dip:
Mayo 2 Tablespoon
Garlic 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Cilantro 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped



1. Blend all the ingredients together to form a paste.

2. Marinate the Paneer cubes, capsicum and onions in the blended mix and skew them as alternates. leave it aside for 15 minutes.

3. Heat the grill pan.

4. Add some butter and oil.

5. Lay the paneer skewers, and grill it until you see the grill marks.


6. Serve with Eggless Mayo, infused with Garlic and cilantro.
