Kidney Bean Salad

This easy to make salad is delicious and is a nice change.


Canned red kidney beans 46 1/2 Ounce , rinsed (3 cans, 15.5 ounce each)
Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Sugar 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper 1/4 Teaspoon
Red onion 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , chop
Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Sweet relish 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)



1.In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and mix well.

2.Add chopped onion, kidney beans, celery, sweet relish and stir well.

3.Chill until flavors blend well.


4.Serve and enjoy!
