Easter Lemon Fudge

Happy Easter! This creamy and flavorful fudge combines white morsels, sweetened condensed milk and lemon extract.


White chocolate morsels 18 Ounce
Sweetened condensed milk 14 Ounce (1 can)
Butter 2 Tablespoon
Lemon extract 2 Teaspoon
Yellow food color 1 (optional)
Jelly beans 1/2 (optional)
Non stick cooking spray



1.Line baking pan with aluminium foil as shown in the video.


2.In a bowl, combine chocolate morsels, condensed milk, butter and microwave for 20-30 seconds until melted. Stir in frequent intervals.

3.Add lemon extract, food coloring and stir well to combine.

4.Pour into prepared pan and chill overnight until set.

5.Cut into desired sized pieces and decorate with jelly beans.


6.Serve and enjoy!
