Breakfast Recipe- Savory Leek, Asparagus And Tomato Quiche

This Spring inspired savory quiche is SO delicious you won't even believe it. It's the perfect breakfast, brunch, lunch, or even dinner. It's easy to make (I use pre-made crust) and beautiful. Perfect way to start the day!


9 inch pie crust 1
Sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) , shredded
Leek 1/2 , chopped finely
Asparagus 5 , chopped finely
Fresh basil leaves 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , chopped finely
Fresh thyme leaves 1 Tablespoon
Goat cheese 4 Ounce
Cherry tomatoes 1 Pint , halved
Eggs 6
Whole milk 1 1/4 Cup (20 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
