Sev Aloo Cups / Easy Aloo Chaat

Refined oil 1 Tablespoon
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Potatoes 3
Salt To Taste
Sev mixture filling:
Green peas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Tomatoes 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped
Onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped
Fresh coriander 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
Sev 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Lemon 1/2 , juiced
Green chutney 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sweet chutney 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sev To Taste



1. Cut the boiled potatoes into halves and scoop them from the centre.

2. Heat refined oil in a pan, add red chilli powder, the scooped boiled potatoes and salt.

3. Pan- sear the potatoes well with the spices till they get colour and a crisp outer layer.

4. Keep them aside.

5. In a bowl, add boiled green peas, finely chopped tomatoes, onions, fresh coriander, red chilli powder, chaat masala, sev, lemon juice and toss well.

6. Place the pan- seared potatoes on a plate and fill them with the sev mixture.


7. Add sweet chutney, green chutney, sev on top and serve.
