Chocolate Ganache/ Fudge Sauce

What could be more sensuous than extra rich Chocolate Ganache or Fudge Sauce cascading down a cake or blanketing a brownie with ice cream? Well maybe you can think of other things too, but when it comes to desserts these certainly set the mood.


Bittersweet chocolate 4 Ounce , broken
Heavy whipping cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Lyles golden syrup 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vanilla extract 2 Teaspoon



1.Heat cream in a small saucepan and pour over chocolate in a bowl.

2.Stir well until chocolate melts completely.

3.Add golden syrup, vanilla extract and pour into a pitcher.

4.Chill for 10-20 minutes and refrigerate leftovers in closed mason jars.


5.Serve and enjoy!
