How To Reverse-Sear A Steak-Bone-In Ribeye

This is hands down the best way to cook a steak. The use of a reverse sear produces a perfectly done steak every time. Using hardwood coals to finish the steak gives you a flavor that you cannot reproduce with charcoal.
