Fruit Quinoa Salad Recipe - Easy Lunch Ideas

Ingredients

Cooked quinoa 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Apple 1 Small
Strawberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pineapple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Dry fruits 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (we used pecan and walnuts)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Blueberry syrup 1 Tablespoon
Pepper To Taste
Salt To Taste
Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY:

1. Fry apples with a little bit of oil. Add in dry fruit.

2. Mix in quinoa. Add other fruit.

3. Add cinnamon, salt, pepper and drizzle blue berry syrup on top.
