Healthy Breakfast Recipe - Broccoli And Feta Omelette

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day as we break the fasting period of previous night. Healthy breakfast provides required energy to be active throughout the day, also do not forget that breakfast is mandatory if you want to lose weight. Skipping breakfast will result in having high sugar foods later in the day.

Healthy breakfast should consist of protein, calcium, B vitamins and iron to be healthy and happy. Keeping this in mind we have a healthy breakfast recipe with the following ingredients:


Chopped broccoli 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Eggs 3
Feta cheese 2 Tablespoon
Chopped parsley 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Chilli flakes To Taste
Brown bread 2 ((for serving))
Non stick cooking spray 1



1.Heat a pan and grease with cooking spray.

2.Add broccoli and stir fry for 3 minutes.

3.Add salt and cover with a lid.

4.Add cracked eggs and scramble it with broccoli.

5.Add feta cheese, parsley, pepper, chilli flakes and stir well.


6.Serve with brown bread and enjoy!
