Greek Meatballs With Orzo Pasta

A Greek twist on an Italian classic, these Greek Meatballs are seasoned with aromatic Greek herbs, minced lamb, and fresh feta cheese. Crispy, juicy, and drenched in flavor, these are best served with orzo pasta.


For the meatballs:
Onion 1
Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm) , peeled
Salt 1 Pinch
Lemon 1/2 , juice extracted
Minced lamb 500 Gram
Ground coriander 1/2 Teaspoon
Cumin 1 Pinch
Oregano 1 Pinch (Greek if you can get it)
For the sauce:
Canned chopped tomatoes 8 Ounce (1 can)
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Water 300 Milliliter
Salt 1/2 Teaspoon
Bay leaf 1
Freshly ground black pepper 1
Fresh coriander/Parsley /mint 2 Tablespoon (for garnish)
For the pasta
Orzo pasta 300 Gram
For the salad:
Cherry tomatoes/Small punnet 250 Gram , halved
Cucumber 1/2
Red onion 1/2
Feta cheese 50 Gram , cubed
Olives 16
