Lunch Recipe-Mexican Style Tuna Salad

This easy to make healthy tuna salad is one of my go-to lunch recipes. I've been making it for years now and it never gets old! It's packed with flavor and fills you up without having the extra calories of mayo. Ole!

Ingredients

Canned tuna 3 Ounce , drained
Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
Cherry tomato 5 , halved
Chopped fresh cilantro 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
Avocado 1

Directions

MAKING:

1.In a bowl, combine tuna, lime juice, onion, tomatoes, salt, pepper, cilantro and mix it.

2.Prepare avocado as shown in the video.

3.Fill avocado halves with prepared tuna mixture.

SERVING:

4.Serve and enjoy!
