Red Sauce Pasta - Mushroom Pasta In Creamy Tomato Sauce With Indian Twist

Easy to make Red Sauce pasta with available ingredients. No more fancy ingredients needed to make this red and creamy pasta. I used milk instead of cream to bring creaminess in this pasta. You can also do so if don't have cream around. You can also use regular tomato ketch up (with Italian seasoning) instead of pasta sauce (means if you have not found pasta). You can cheat with some ingredients, but still it will taste heavenly. But don't say this secret to any of your friends. Let them wonder how do you make it .. :)

Ingredients

To boil pasta:
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Salt 1 Tablespoon
Water 2 Liter
Penne pasta 300 Gram
To make sauce:
Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
Garlic cloves 12
Mushrooms 100 Gram
Tomato puree 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Pasta sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Italian seasoning 2 Teaspoon
Chili flakes 2 Teaspoon
Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Basil leaves 7
Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (use as required)
