Dinner Recipe-Easy Flank Steak Tacos

For marinade
Navel orange 2 Large , juice extracted
Lime 2 , juice extracted
Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm) , finely chopped
Onion 2 Small , slice
Red wine vinegar 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Oil 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Fresh cilantro 1 Tablespoon ((only use the ends for the marinade.. keep the tops for the tacos))
Cumin 1 Tablespoon
Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
For taco:
Flank steak 1 1/2 Pound
Tortilla 4
Sliced radish 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Chopped fresh cilantro 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Sliced red cabbage 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For avocado crema
Avocado 1
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Fresh lime 1 Dash
