Potato | 2 Large , wedged | |
Chopped fresh rosemary | 1 Tablespoon | |
Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) , mince | |
Onion powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Salt | To Taste | |
Pepper | To Taste | |
Canola oil | 2 Teaspoon |
GETTING READY:
1.Soak potato wedges in ice water for 30 minutes.
2.Preheat oven to 415F.
3.Line baking tray with foil and place in oven.
MAKING:
4.Pat dry potatoes and add to a bowl.
5.Add rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, canola oil and mix well.
6.Place potato in baking sheet as a single layer and pop into oven.
7.Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
