Brisket Mac And Cheese Panini Sandwich

With the weather still pretty bad, I decided to take some leftover brisket and top it with some homemade BBQ Mac and Cheese to create an awesome Panini sandwich. Enjoy!

Butter 6 Tablespoon
All purpose flour
Rotini 1 Pound
Extra sharp cheddar cheese 8 Ounce
Shredded gouda cheese 8 Ounce
Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 Teaspoon
Barbecue sauce 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Brisket To Taste
Sourdough bread 6
Melted butter 5 Tablespoon
