Aloo Chana Masala Bhaji Puri / Indian Meal Menu

You won't believe how easy quick it is to put this meal together...I use pressure cooker to prepare the Sabji, saves lot of time. For this recipe soak chick peas overnight and then use in recipe. You can make this recipe curry kind or sabji like as I prepare.


For bhaji:
Potatoes 2 , cubed
Boiled chickpeas 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Methi leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Oil 1 Tablespoon
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoon
Hing 1 Pinch
Coriander cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste
Green chilli paste To Taste
Water 1/8 Cup (2 tbs)
Garam masala To Taste
Lemon juice To Taste
For poori:
Wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((for frying))
Salt To Taste
