Smoked Olive Oil Grilled Ribeye Steak With The Best Roasted Vegetables

Want to prepare a restaurant quality ribeye steak at home. Then, look no further.


Rib eye steaks 2
Extra virgin olive oil 3 Tablespoon
Liquid smoke flavoring 3 Drop
Grand diamond all purpose seasoning To Taste
Paprika To Taste
Kosher salt To Taste
Mixed vegetables 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Italian seasoning To Taste
Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)



1. Preheat a stove top or counter top grill over medium to medium-high heat.


2. Rub each steak with the olive oil, mix the seasonings together and rub the steaks on both sides.

3. Grill the steaks on each side and use a probe thermometer to check the internal temperature. Use the chart below as a guide.

4. Once the steaks are done, allow them to rest before cutting.


5. Enjoy with your favorite sides.


Rare 130 to 135 Degrees F

Medium Rare 140 Degrees F

Medium 150 Degrees F

Medium Well 160 Degrees F

Well Done 165 Degrees F
