How To Make Bread At Home/ No Machine (From Scratch) / No Breadmaker

Soft, fluffy , buttery white sandwich bread is everybody's favorite. I this video I'll show you how easy it is to bake soft and delicious tasting bread loaf at home.

Ingredients

All purpose flour 3 1/4 Cup (52 tbs)
Sugar 3 Tablespoon
Milk powder 3 Tablespoon
Lukewarm water 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs)
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Unsalted butter 3 Tablespoon
Instant yeast 2 1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

MAKING:

1. In a mixing bowl combine all-purpose flour/ maida, milk powder, sugar, instant yeast, salt.

2. Add lukewarm water gradually and make a sticky dough.

3. Knead the dough till soft and non sticky for 10 mins.

4. Combine unsalted butter and incorporate with the dough.

5. Knead the dough again for 5 mins or until it becomes non sticky and bouncy.

6. Grease a bowl with oil or butter and leave the dough to prove for 1 hr in warm place.

7. Cover the dough with plastic wrap while it is rising.

8. Knock back the risen dough.

9. Shape into 9 inch log.

10. Place it in a lightly greased pan.

11. Let the dough rise again for 60 mins or till it is just a little below the top edge of the pan.

12. Towards the end of rising time preheat the oven to 350 F.

13. Cover the pan with bread lid and bake for 25 mins.

14. Uncover the pan and bake without the lid for 10 mins.

15. Remove the bread from oven and transfer onto a cooking rack.

SERVING:

16. When completely cool cut into slices and store at room temperature.
