Potato Nuggets /Easy Snack Recipe / Party Appetizer/ Starter

Potato Nuggets are very popular Kid's favorite snack. Next time without buying them from the store make these awesome tasting nuggets at home and feed your family.

Ingredients

Potato 270 Gram
Bread crumb 1 Tablespoon
Corn starch 1 Tablespoon
Dry chili flakes 2 Teaspoon
Dry italian herb seasoning 1/2 Teaspoon
Garlic 1/2 Teaspoon , grated
Salt To Taste
Nutmeg 1 Pinch , grated
Cheese 1 Tablespoon , grated
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
Corn flour 2 Tablespoon
Fresh bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Pepper To Taste
Water 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (((use as required)))
Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY:

1. Grate boiled potato in a mixing bowl.

2. Add bread crumbs, corn starch, salt, garlic, italian herbs, chili flakes, nutmeg powder, processed cheese.

3. Mix well until combined.

4. Cover and keep aside.

For Slurry:

5. Into a shallow bowl, add all purpose flour, corn starch, salt and pepper.

6. Add water gradually and make flowing consistency batter.

7. Keep the slurry ready.

MAKING:

8. Take two tsp of potato mixture and shape into a oval dumpling.

9. Dip into slurry so that it is coated well and immediately into bread crumbs.

10. Keep this prepared nugget in a plate.

11. Prepare rest of the nuggets the same way.

12. Cover and freeze for 30 mins.

14. Heat oil on medium high. Fry these nuggets for 30 secs or until golden in batches. Keep them aside.

SERVING:

15. Potato Nuggets are ready. Serve hot as they are or with any dip of your choice. Enjoy!
