90 Second Chili 7 Ways

This Chili 7 Ways is the perfect game day recipe! Incredibly versatile, and absolutely delicious no matter how you choose to serve it. Our favorite is ladled over pasta, with shredded cheddar cheese and fresh chopped tomatoes!

Ingredients

Ground chuck 2 Pound
Spaghetti noodles 16 Ounce , cooked, drained ((((al dente, 1 package))))
Beer 12 Ounce ((((1 bottle))))
Canned black beans 16 Ounce ((((1 can))))
Canned red kidney beans 16 Ounce ((((1 can))))
Canned red kidney beans 16 Ounce ((((1 can))))
Canned pinto beans 16 Ounce ((((1 can))))
Canned crushed tomatoes with juice 56 Ounce ((((2 cans, 28 oz each))))
Chili seasoning 1 Ounce ((((1 package))))
Chopped garlic 2 Tablespoon
Chopped bell peppers 1 Cup (16 tbs) ((((red or green))))
Chopped yellow onions 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
Pepper 1 Teaspoon
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Toppings 4 Cup (64 tbs) ((((Shredded Cheddar cheese, diced ripe avocado, diced tomatoes, sour cream, tortilla chips))))

Directions

MAKING:

1.Heat a large pot/ Dutch oven with oil and saute onions, bell pepper and garlic in it.

2.After 8-10 minutes, add ground chuck and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.

3.Saute until brown and add chilli seasoning. Mix well.

4.Add crushed tomatoes, beans, beer and stir well.

5.Allow to simmer for 60 minutes by stirring frequently.

6.Arrange chilli, pasta and topping in different bowls.

SERVING:
