Thai Beef Curry With Lemongrass, Potato And Carrots In Coconut Milk

Curry is one of the staple ingredients in Thai food, so I make my own Thai curry recipe with beef, lemongrass, ginger, potato, carrot and onion cooked in curry powder and coconut milk.

Fish sauce 2 Tablespoon
Chicken stock 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Coconut milk 1 Can (10 oz)
Red hot chili pepper To Taste

Lemongrass stalk 2
