Open Paneer Masala Toast (Healthy Breakfast)

This amazing paneer masala toast is an easy and healthy option when you are running out of time in the morning.


Whole wheat bread slices 6
Coriander 2 Tablespoon
Garam masala 1 Pinch
Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Green chillies 1 Teaspoon , finely chopped
Mixed vegetables 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , finely chopped (((cauliflower, cabbage, French beans and carrot)))
Capsicum 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Onions 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) , finely chopped
Oil 2 Teaspoon
Low fat paneer 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste



1. Heat the oil in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

2. Add the capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.

3. Add the mixed vegetables and green chillies and sauté on a medium for 2 minutes.

4. Add the chilli powder, garam masala, coriander, salt and 1 tbsp of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.

5. Switch off the flame, add the paneer and mix well.

6. Divide the topping into 6 equal portions.

7. Place the toasted bread slices on a dry, clean surface and place a portion of the topping evenly over it and press it lightly.


8. Serve immediately.
