BBQ Beef- Inspired by Eltons BBQ Pit

Another yummy barbecue beef inspired from fellow Youtube Blogger.


3.5 pound beef chuck roast
Salt,pepper,garlic rub
For the sauce
Some Tsang's Stir Fry Oil
1/2 a small onion
1/2 a small red bell pepper
4 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup molasses
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup steak sauce



1. Mix it all together and simmer, smoke the beef for as long as you can stand to! ( about 4 hours minimum)

2. Put the beef in an aluminum pan on top of some onions and bell pepper, and pour on half the mop sauce, simmer the other half to reduce by 1/2.


3. Cut up or pull the beef and serve! Enjoy!
