This Thai soup is the perfect blend of sweet, salty, spicy and sour. Ingredients like Lemon grass, Galangal, Lime leaves and Thai chilled are simmered in Shrimp stock. Fish sauce, Palm Sugar, Shrimp paste are also added together with Coriander stems, Mushrooms and Shrimp. Freshened up with Lime juice and garnished with Coriander and Lime leaves and Thai Chilies.
