Skinny Buffalo Chicken Dip & Workout

Get fit in the kitchen while making this healthy buffalo chicken dip recipe featuring The Laughing Cow wedges and Greek yogurt instead of fatty mayo and sour cream! This recipe is perfect as dip during the playoffs as well as a filler for a sandwich or topper for a salad!

Ingredients

Chicken breast boneless skinless 6 Ounce
Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Laughing cow light wedges garlic and herb 4 Ounce (4 wedges)
Blue cheese crumbles 1 Tablespoon
Low fat greek yogurt 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) (plain)
Franks red hot sauce 4 Tablespoon (to taste)
Shredded low fat cheddar cheese 2 Tablespoon

Directions

GETTING READY

1. In a pot bring chicken broth to boil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast and cook for around 15 minutes or till they are fully cooked.

2. Drain and set aside to cool. Once cooled till it can be handled, shred them into strings with fork or chop them.

3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

MAKING

4. In a bowl add all the ingredients except cheddar cheese and mix well till combined.

5. Transfer them into an 8x8 inch baking dish and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Bake for around 20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

SERVING

6. Serve the dip with chips, nachos or celery stalks.

TIPS

Greek yogurt can be replaced with ¼ cup each of sour cream and mayonnaise.
