Cheesy Roasted Red Pepper Dip

Roasted red peppers - in a dip? super great flavor for all of your chip dipping needs.


Roasted red pepper 300 Milliliter (about 1 cup diced)
Pepper jack cheese 4 Cup (64 tbs) , grated (3/4 pound)
Cream cheese 8 Ounce
Mayonnaise 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Minced onion 2 Tablespoon (green onion)
Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm) , minced
Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon



1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

2. With paper towel, pat peppers dry. Dice and set aside.


3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard. Blend until smooth.

4. Add onion, garlic, diced pepper, and cheese. Mix well.

5. In ovenproof dish, transfer the mixture. Pop it in oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.


6. Serve cheesy roasted red pepper dip with chips.
