Gooey White Cheddar and Cranberry Dip

This is the month of the cranberry for me. I have roasted them, put them in grilled cheese and now this lovely, gooey cheese dip.


Cream cheese 8 Ounce , softened
White cheddar cheese 4 Ounce , shredded (sharp cheddar)
Fresh cranberry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
French baguette 1 , sliced
Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon



1. Pre heat the oven to 375 degrees F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly mix together the shredded white cheddar cheese and the cream cheese.

3. Add in the cranberries.


4. In a ramekin, place the mixture and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

5. On a baking sheet, place the sliced baguette pieces.

6. Lightly brush with olive oil.

7. Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

8. Remove both the dip and the crostini from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
