Betty demonstrates how to make Chicken Dipping Sauce. This is a quick and easy sauce that can be used for any meator as just a dip for chips and veggies.
Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Light olive oil | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Chili sauce | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
Dijon mustard | 1 Tablespoon | |
Black pepper | 2 Teaspoon , freshly ground | |

Onion | 1 Medium , finely chopped | |
Garlic | 2 Clove (10 gm) , minced |
MAKING
1. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, olive oil, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
2. Drop black pepper, onion, garlic, and hot sauce. Mix well. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and pop it in refrigerator until ready to serve.
SERVING
3. Serve dipping sauce with grilled chicken.
TIPS
If you do not have chili sauce, then mix together ketchup and steak sauce. You can also use barbecue sauce instead of steak sauce.
