Tucson Chili Dip

Ingredients

Cream cheese 8 Ounce , softened (1 pack)
Sour cream 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Dried beef 2 1/2 Ounce (1 jar)
Chopped green chilies 1 Can (10 oz) , undrained
Dried onion 1 1/2 Tablespoon , minced
Chives 2 Teaspoon , chopped
Tortilla chips 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)

Directions

GETTING READY

1) Preheat the oven to 350 F

MAKING

2) Into a small bowl, add the cream cheese and sour cream

3) Use a mixer and beat the cheese till smooth

4) Wash and pat dry the beef

5) Using a sharp knife, chop the beef coarsely

6) Into the creamed cheese, add in the beef, chilies, onion and the chives

7) Pour the mixture into a baking dish of 1 quart capacity

8) Bake for 20 minutes till puffed

SERVING

9) Serve warm with some tortilla chips
