Easy Blue Cheese Dip

Cream cheese 6 Ounce (180 Gram)
Milk 3 Tablespoon
Blue vein cheese 4 Ounce , crumbled (125 Gram)
Finely chopped spring onion 1 Tablespoon
Chopped olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste



1) In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy.

2) Gradually beat in the milk into the cream cheese.

3) Then stir in the blue-vein cheese and rest of the ingredients, blend thoroughly.

4) Refrigerate the dip until thoroughly chilled.


5) Use the Blue Cheese Dip as required.
