Hot Artichoke Dip

Frozen artichoke hearts 9 Ounce , thawed (1 Package)
Sour cream 8 Ounce (1/2 Pint)
Grated parmesan cheese 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Onion soup mix 1 Ounce (1 Envelope, Lipton Golden)
Buttered bread crumbs 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Vegetables 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Dippers Of Your Choice, For Serving)



1. Preheat and oven to 350°F


2. In a medium jar of a food processor or blender, add thawed artichokes and pulse until pureed.

3. Add the sour cream, parmesan and soup mix and blend to a smooth consistency.

4. Empty the mixture into casserole dish or into ramekin cups.

5. Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the dip.


6. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes until hot, bubbly and cheesy. The bread crumbs should be golden brown.


7. Serve the dip hot.

8. You can serve the dip with assorted crackers and biscuits, toastadas, taco chips, vegetable sticks or dippers of your choice. It makes for a great party appetizer.
