It's easy to make a great tasting jalapeno popper dip. You can put this recipe together in no time and have a delicious dip that will remind you of hot jalapeno poppers.
Cream cheese | 16 Ounce (2 packages, 8 oz each) | |
Worchestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
Dried chipotle peppers | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Shredded cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Chopped jalapeno peppers | 1/2 (nacho, these are pickled peppers) | |
Panko bread crumbs | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Melted butter | 2 Tablespoon |
GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
MAKING:
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, chipotle pepper, mayonnaise and blend well using hand blender.
Add jalapeno peppers and blend again.
Stir in cheddar cheese and transfer to a casserole dish.
In a bowl combine breadcrumbs with butter and mix well.
Sprinkle over casserole dish and pop into oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
