Betty demonstrates how to make Hot Crab Dip and Wonton Chips. This is a terrific, flavorful appetizer that is easy to make.

Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
Shredded parmesan cheese | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
White crab meat | 12 Ounce , drained | |
Finely chopped green onion tops | 2 Tablespoon | |
Freshly ground black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Wonton wrappers | 1 Packet | |
Cooking oil spray | To Taste | |
Kosher salt | To Taste ((optional)) |
Making
Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, crab meat, green onion, and black pepper.
Spoon mixture into a medium-sized casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees (F) for 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
While crab dip is baking, make wonton chips: Cut wonton wrappers into 4 triangles.
Spray with cooking oil spray and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.
Place wonton triangles on baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 7 to 8 minutes, or until brown and crispy.
Serving
Serve Wonton Chips as dippers for the Hot Crab Dip.
