French onion soup mix | 40 Gram (1 packet, dried) | |
Spring onions/Shallots | 3 , chopped | |
Corn relish | 250 Gram | |
Salt | To Taste | |

GETTING READY:
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
MAKING:
Prepare cob loaf bread as shown in the video.
Place bread bowl and torn bread pieces on baking tray and pop into oven.
Toast for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine sour cream, soup mix, chopped spring onions, corn relish and mix well.
Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
Transfer the cream mixture into cooled bread bowl.
SERVING:
Serve with toasted bread pieces or crackers and enjoy!
