Cheddars Santa Fe Spinach Dip
This creamy spinach dip is easy to prepare. This dip is a copycat recipe of the spinach dip served at Cheddar's. This has several different types of cheese. You can put this recipe together in no time.
Ingredients
| Frozen spinach | 10 Ounce , thawed and drained | |
| Diced white onion | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Shredded white cheddar cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Shredded mozzarella cheese | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Minced garlic | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Jalapeno pepper | 2 Teaspoon , finely minced | |
| Seasoned salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| For serving | ||
| Sour cream | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Salsa | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
| Corn tortilla chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
GETTING READY
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
MAKING
In a medium bowl, combine the spinach, onions, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic, jalapeno pepper, and seasoned salt. Stir until well blended.
Spread into casserole dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the top is nice and bubbly.
SERVING
Serve with sour cream, salsa, and warmed tortilla chips.
