Spring Onion and Curd Dip

A cool and fresh topping that is perfect for serving with crisp and spicy finger foods. With simple, easily-available ingredients, this dip can also be prepared very easily by just blending together all the ingredients. Keep the spring onion and curd dip refrigerated till you are ready to serve, to retain the fresh flavor and cool feel.


Finely chopped spring onions 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) ((whites and greens)
Thick curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (dahi)
Chopped green chillies 2 Teaspoon
Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon
Cumin seed powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste



Combine spring onion whites and greens, ½ cup curds, green chillies, garlic and salt, in a mixer and blend till smooth.

Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the remaining ½ cup of curds and mix well using a whisk. 

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 


Serve chilled with bread sticks and chips.
