Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Green Chile Dip. This flavorful dip is made in a blender and served with corn chips and/or crackers.
Mayonnaise | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Buttermilk | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Sour cream | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Diced green chiles | 4 Ounce (drained (with liquid discarded)) | |
Chopped cilantro | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Dry ranch dressing | 1 Ounce | |
Minced garlic | 1/2 Teaspoon |
Making
Put all ingredients into bowl of a blender. Put the lid on the blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth, but still has some green flecks of cilantro.
Chill about 2 hours or longer.
Serving
Spoon dip into the center of a chip and dip server. Surround by crackers and corn chips
