Betty's Creamy Green Chile Dip

Betty demonstrates how to make Creamy Green Chile Dip. This flavorful dip is made in a blender and served with corn chips and/or crackers.

Ingredients

Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Buttermilk 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Sour cream 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Diced green chiles 4 Ounce (drained (with liquid discarded))
Chopped cilantro 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Dry ranch dressing 1 Ounce
Minced garlic 1/2 Teaspoon

Directions

Making

Put all ingredients into bowl of a blender. Put the lid on the blender and pulse until the mixture is smooth, but still has some green flecks of cilantro. 

Chill about 2 hours or longer. 

Serving

Spoon dip into the center of a chip and dip server. Surround by crackers and corn chips
