Jalapeno Cheese Dip - English Grill and BBQ Recipe

Yummy cheesy dip. Enjoy!!


Butter 1 Tablespoon
Onion 1 Small
Yellow mustard 1 Tablespoon
Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Milk 100 Milliliter
Cream 80 Milliliter
Grated cheese 300 Gram
Jalapeno 6 , diced
Salt & pepper To Taste
Cayenne pepper 1 Teaspoon
Smoked paprika 1 Teaspoon



1. Heat oil in a pot. Drop in chopped onions. Saute that well.

2. Add white wine vinegar, cream and milk. Stir to mix. 

3. Once everything starts to cook, add mustard and cheese. Stir and mix well.

4. Season with salt and finely cracked pepper and cayenne pepper.

5. Finally add the jalapenos. Mix and bring it to boil.



6. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with smoked paprika and serve with nachos or chips of your choice. Enjoy!!
