|Blanched broccoli florets||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped red capsicum||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic paste||1/2 Teaspoon (lehsun)|
|Finely chopped green chillies||1 Teaspoon|
|Finely chopped celery||1/4 Cup (4 tbs) (ajmoda)|
|Finely chopped onions||1/4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated processed cheese||1/2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh cream||2 Tablespoon|
In a broad non-stick pan, heat the butter and add the garlic paste and green chillies. Sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds.
Add celery, onions and red capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Add broccoli and sauté on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add cheese, fresh cream and salt, mix well.
Cook on a medium flame for 1 minute.
Serve immediately with cream cracker biscuits.
