Feta cheese crumbles | 4 Ounce , softened | |
Minced garlic | 2 Teaspoon | |
Dried oregano | 1 Teaspoon | |
Dried basil | 1 Teaspoon | |
Chopped green pimiento stuffed olives | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
For garnish | ||
Olive slices | 1 Teaspoon ((as needed)) |
MAKING
1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
2. Add olive juice, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, and basil. Beat until well combined.
3. Fold in chopped olives. Place in serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
SERVING
4. Garnish with olive slices and serve with crisp cracker or melba toast.
