Betty's Feta Cheese and Olive Dip -Christmas

Betty demonstrates how to make Feta Cheese and Olive Dip for holiday parties and get-togethers. This dip has a mixture of feta and cream cheese, along with chopped olives and some Italian seasonings.


Cream cheese 3 Ounce , softened ((increase the cream cheese to 8 ounces for a milder olive flavor))
Olive juice 2 Tablespoon ((from a jar of green pimiento
Feta cheese crumbles 4 Ounce , softened
Minced garlic 2 Teaspoon
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Dried basil 1 Teaspoon
Chopped green pimiento stuffed olives 1/2 Cup (8 tbs)
For garnish
Olive slices 1 Teaspoon ((as needed))



1. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.

2. Add olive juice, feta cheese, garlic, oregano, and basil. Beat until well combined.

3. Fold in chopped olives. Place in serving dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.



4. Garnish with olive slices and serve with crisp cracker or melba toast.
