Quick Peach Brulee

Ingredients

Fresh peaches/4 canned peach halves, drained 2 (Peeled And Halved)
Dairy sour cream 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Granulated sugar 1 Tablespoon
Grated lemon peel 1/4 Teaspoon
Brown sugar 3/4 Cup (12 tbs) , firmly packed

Directions

GETTING READY

1. Prepare four custard cups

2. Arrange peach halves cut side down in the custard cups

3. Cook on High for 1 minute and allow to cool

MAKING

4. In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with granulated sugar and lemon peel

5. Spoon the mix over the fruit

FINALIZING

6. Sprinkle brown sugar over the entire surface of the sour cream just before serving.

7. Raise the shelf and brown for 3 to 3-1/2 minutes or until brown sugar begins to melt

SERVING

8. Serve immediately
