Fresh green garlic 1 Cup (16 tbs) , finely chopped
Ghee 1/2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1 Pinch
Chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt To Taste

1. Heat the ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add all the remaining ingredients, mix well and cook on a medium flame for a few seconds.
